Help Us Register Voters: Saturday, June 30 @ Riverstone Park's "Families Belong Together"

Want to register voters for “Secular America Votes” Voter Registration Drive?

FFRF affiliate Inland Northwest Freethought Society will be registering voters at Riverstone Park in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho on Saturday, June 30th, 3:20 PM through 6 PM, for “Families Belong Together,” a peaceful Vigil to show concern and concern for families being separated at the border.  Join us!

  1. Go to:  SecularAmericaVotes.org   and click on the first red box that says: SIGN UP TO REGISTER VOTERS.

Fill in your information. In the “notes” section, please mention that you’re WITH THE FFRF GROUP – w/ELIZABETH ROSE IN SPOKANE/CDA.  If you have a request for a SPECIAL SIZE of the “I’m Secular and I Vote” tee-shirt, please list it there, also.

  1. Contact Elizabeth  elizabeth@infreethought.org or 208 755-0706 to let her know you are signed up and participating on Saturday, June 30th.

  1. Arrive by 3:20 and find Elizabeth at the “Secular America Votes” table, near the picnic shelter at Riverstone Park, 1805 W. Tilford Lane, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, 83814

From freeways I-90 or I-95, exit at Northwest Blvd, Exit 11. Go north on Northwest Blvd. Turn right onto N. Lakewood Drive.  Take the first right onto W. Riverstone Drive. Turn left onto Beebe Blvd. Take the first right onto Tilford Lane. Riverstone Park at 1805 W. Tilford Lane is on your right.

The executive order that Donald Trump signed is not a solution to the crisis created by his administration; it keeps kids imprisoned indefinitely and has no plan to reunite thousands of separated families. However, it does show that the administration is reacting to public pressure, so we will continue to increase that pressure for justice at hundreds of “Families Belong Together” events nation-wide on Saturday, June 30.

www.MoveOn.org and Indivisible North Idaho (Suzanne Marshall) will be holding a peaceful vigil to show concern and concern for families being separated at the border at 4 PM, to be followed by a Potluck at 5 PM. There's a nice playground for the kids adjoining the picnic shelter, so come to register folks at 3:20 and stay for the vigil and potluck if you wish.
